Job Duties
Description & Responsibilities
Perform analysis to bridge the gap between technology and operations or business processes. Perform API integration and testing, facilitating seamless data exchange between business systems, clients/partners, and external platforms. Creating technical specification documents. Quality assurance and testing to uphold industry standards and meet business requirements. Support development team in testing efforts such as sanity, unit, and functionality testing. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within business operations to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs. Will utilize the following technologies/skill of Azure DevOps/Jira, Postman, SQL, Data Visualization (Power B1), Process Modeling (Visio), CRM (Salesforce), Prototyping (Balsamisq) and UML. Salary: $118,789.00 to 120,000.00 per year
Min Education Level
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration/Business Management/Related and 3 months of related work experience.
Work Experience
Must have at least 3 months experience in the following technologies/skills of Azure DevOps/Jira, Postman, SQL, Data Visualization (Power B1), Process Modeling (Visio), CRM (Salesforce), Prototyping (Balsamisq) and UML.
