Work site : 2430 Camino Ramon, Suite 345 San Ramon CA 94583. Position may permit working from home office or company office anywhere in the US. Travel to client sites possible (10-20 % travel.) May/can telecommute

Hours : Full-time: Forty hours per week

Job Duties : Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand the organization's requirements. Conceptualize and communicate on how the company products and services affect opportunities and sales exposure with the organization. Provide product, service or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers. Plan and organize sales call schedule. Define the best company products to address requirements of prospect business. Prepare cost estimates and specifications by evaluating customer operations and related customer documents. Consult with engineers, architects, and other professional technical personnel. Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposal changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services. Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. Develop customer staff by providing technical information and training. Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies. Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed. Provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations. Recommend options and courses of action. Implement directives. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Solve customer's technical problems quickly.

Minimum Educ/Exp : Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration/CS/Eng/EE/Electrical & Electronics Eng/Related and two year of related work experience.
